My order has been delivered somewhere completely different! And they still haven’t resolved this! Front garden of delivery and my delivery address are completely different in lay out! I’m disgusted! Shocking delivery service! And customer services! If I could give 0 stars I would!!

The worst delivery company ever. Never message with a time slot, late deliveries without any contact with the customers

unfortunately ,tracking a parcel is a waste of time

Two days in the trot said they had tried to collect and no one was in which was complete rubbish especially the second time as I left the parcel by the front door. Totally useless service and will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN

I got a email to say my parcel was going to be delivered today but it turned up three days later with sunglasses and light broke terrible communication hard to use website and idk why shein changed to this horrible service

Absolutely appalling service . My package arrived open and half of the contents missing. When contacting them they stated parcel delivered and issue closed. Emailed back to let them know yes I had received parcel but some of contents missing and no reply . Disgusting service would not use

i have not received my parcel every time i phone robot says its been delivered ,but its no where to be seen checked everywhere send me a picture of the parcel, cannot give you a star because your system is rubbish please ring me back on 07792955896

my parcel was meant to be here over an hour ago no updates no nothing yodel need to sort this out

Delivery was crap! The driver let the parcel in the rubbish bin. I accidentally found it. This is lack of professionalism. Utterly disgraceful.
