Item should have been with me on the 15/10 keep being told it’s out for delivery which I can see it’s not looks like it’s been stolen and no one is trying to help

Don't use Yodel they are absolutely useless, can't delivery anything on time

Tracked IT equipment being delivered to supplier easily - was delivered in 36 hours!

My parcel has been missing for 2 weeks. Last traced with yodel. Not good service

I receive multiple deliveries daily. Yodel are the only company that doesn't tell me which parcel they are messaging about. They also stated my parcel had been left in our porch as a safe place. We don't have one. Really the poorest delivery firm out there...

I ordered my parcel on the 1st of october, it is not the 15th of october and i still haven't received my parcel. The parcel is at the wearhouse but i still havent had any news of it shipment. I am extremely disappointed and angry.

Absolutely useless I got a message three hours after it said it had been delivered,not to me it wasn't. Then want to charge me a£1 to locate it . Thank christ I bought through eBay so I'll get my money back now thanks to yodel

Really polite delivery person

I am very disappointed that my parcel has been held since October 5, 2024, and today is already October 11. With my jubilee next week, I am extremely nervous about whether I will receive my parcel in time for my special day. It’s frustrating to know that it has been delayed for an extra 6 days without any explanation. This situation is really annoying, and I hope to receive my parcel soon.

They don't seem to know what's going on but keep sending notifications saying it'll be delivered today - had these notifications for 3 days now. Chat room was useless too. Rubbish service

Said my parcel was delivered can’t find it anywhere. I don’t know who to contact and it’s trying to charge me £1 to locate it and there was no proof of delivery.!!!

Thieving bastards stole my £40 order."Now they can't find it".Bunch of bandits.

Good and fast delivery! Was nervous reading the other reviews but they did a good job

On the website my delivery is marked as delivered but I have no parcel.
