Waiting a week for delivery ? added tracking number but find it hasn't even been registered yet ! Will now recommend supplier to use another courier

Haven't received my parcel and it went missing. I woundn't recommend this courier. Rubbish!

Terrible service. Left instructions on where to leave my parcel and the driver totally ignored them. Contacted Yodel 3 times as well to leave delivery instructions and they did nothing to solve my problem. the only way I could get my parcel was to drive out of my way to the depot in Nantgarw to collect my parcel. I would never recommend Yodel

you should close your company becouse you are absolutely unprofessional and very unserious...you don t deliver on time ,packages get los... disgusting

This is an absolutely awful service, non existing customer service, package stuck in their depo, no communication, no update. Stay away.

I am absolutely sick and tired of Yodel delivery drivers leaving parcels on my doorstep and stating delivery. This is not acceptable and is absolutely disgraceful. I live on a main road, and the so called delivery is nowhere to be found on my return. Absolute waste of time company!!!!!!

Parcel says it was ment to arrive on the 19th - 21st it is now the 27th and I’ve had no updated and no idea where my package is. I am absolutely FUMING!!!!!!

couriers are total idiots, they leave packages anywhere, leaving a package so that anyone passing by can take it without any problems is a misunderstanding for me and they think that they delivered the package to the address, I don't know how this company still exists, but they should close it as soon as possible.

Absolute waste of time. They really have no idea how to deliver a package or update their systems with REAL delivery times. Been waiting for my parcel and it kept saying it’s on its way and the sender has said the order is completed. I HAVENT GOT MY ORDER therefore it’s not completed

I ordered a T-shirt on Sunday they said that Yodel was delivering it on the 24th then the 25th and now the 26th it is a total joke. The service Is a joke I ordered the T-shirt on Sunday because I needed the T-shirt because I’m going away Saturday and now they’re telling me it’s coming Saturday
