I have been wait for a parcel to be delivered for 3 weeks now , Said tried to deliver but not enough address details, Iv contacted Yodel several times and still not received my Parcel I’m very furious

I had previously written a poor review and suggested that my delivery was short of what I ordered. I now realize that I was wrong!!! (camera footage) I ordered 4 items and that's what they delivered - with a smile. I'm not sure how to remove the previous review but I would if I could. My first delivery HAD been 2 boxes short but the second one was in fact complete - my bad. On the second order the delivery was great so I'm happy.

Horrible company, blank card through door, but online tracking says goods delivered to safe place? I have looked everywhere, checked with neighbours and done some extensive bin dipping, but package nowhere to be found. Just appalling service.

Said delivered yesterday but unable to find package.They said it’s in a parcel box but nothing is here at all - no one to contact. Don’t use this company

Very poor delivery. Came very late at night and left my parcel outside the security gate on a street which is 0.5 metre away from my apartment. The parcel could be taken away by anyone pass by! Never received a call from anyone although I left my contact number and message how to get through the gate. Never prefer to use this company

When you order something and then find out the shipper is Yodel you know it is going to be a disaster. The current shipping for my order shows it in the depot. 2 days ago they tried to deliver to our business at night. Today there were 2 cards through the door, both pointless as they contained no useful information. An email shows that the order was delivered at 15:50. It wasn't. It was left with another business at 16:50. We close at 16:30. A notice on our account told us that we should perhaps list our opening times. WE DO. Perhaps Yodel should look at the opening times before trying to deliver out of hours. This is a typical Yodel delivery. There are three possibilities. 1. They make mistakes (a lot of mistakes). 2. They just can't tell the truth. 3. They are morons. I think it is all three.

Items not delivered they said it was delivered to the letterbox but it was 2 large boxes full of power tools shameful and dishonest and now I have lost my money and not even received my packages

Not received Claims left in front porch I live in a block of flats and don't have a front porch! I haven't been out of my house for 10 days so no reason to leave it anywhere other than delivered to my address
