Never again, can’t even bother with the explanation, believe me or not, never again. Shambles. 1 star because 0 is not available.

I got an email this morning telling me a delivery would be made between 13.33 and 15.33. I tracked delivery and it got within a couple of miles of my address and then moved further away. It'snow 21.23 so I don't expect it now. My order was with Argos and seeing other reviews they should be ashamed being associated with this company. This is not the first time Yodel has let me down.

15 days and no parcel..tried the chat they could not locate my order .what a complete pile of dong . Spoke to sender they say they have resent. It beggars believe in this day and age that you buy something you don’t get it ….the end. I will nit buy anything that uses yodel .There are good delivery people out there why ruin your companies reputation by using them? There is no option for no stars if there was I’d give them 0

Yodel is very good at delivering my parcels, when sending and receiving Just occasionally, lost in transit or delayed but overall very good

Yodel are the worst delivery company by far, my parcel was 6 days in transit only to be delivered to the wrong address, it would be helpful if they employed drivers that can read. A parcel was lost by Yodel earlier in the year and despite been unable to provide proof of delivery refused to compensate me.

Never on time and my parcel was meant to of been delivered between 1st and 4th July but still waiting this is why I don’t always trust yodel to deliver on time as it’s never on the dates it should be delivered

For 2 consecutive deliveries Yodel have give me a delivery time with very little notice (ie within a few hours of the delivery time) and on both occasions failed to deliver. Trying to use their tracking system is clunky

Yodel got to be the worst delivery service ever App says waiting goods collection from supplier for three days If I had know supplier was using would not have ordered from this company

Horrendous service, just didn’t deliver over days… said they had left a card, just a lie! Not the first time I’ve had problems with Yodel, beats me why anyone uses them

Absolutely Rubbish service, drivers don’t care if they deliver or not, wrong address, can’t get to speak to anyone about delivery not been completed. Would have given any stars in rating but. Have to give 1. Shambolic!!!!

Was due a delivery 14 June failed to arrive. They claimed no-one was home however I was home all day an no delivery attempted. Rearranged for today again no show despite their tracker saying they were 1 stop away. Still no idea why it wasn't delivered and where it is now. Gift was for Father's Day and contained food items so even if it did arrive cant consume as needed to be refrigerated on Friday. Absolutely useless company and couldn't careless. Disgusting

Very poor service again ,Tracker states my parcel is at the depot Yodels team says they can locate it ,Another shambles ,last time the wrappings of a delivery were found 400 yds from the house in the road . This is unacceptable .

Absolutely shocking this item from Amazon was to be delivered yesterday and yet again you failed to keep to your agreement with suppliers but willing to take on a contract that you can’t fulfil and on that note you also left a table at my door never chapped it just left it what kind company does that !!! And that was Monday night you left that one at the door like said still waiting on my parcel that was to be delivered yesterday shocking really is

Yet again Yodel are failing to deliver, don’t know why on earth any merchants use them. Would not have ordered if they would stated that they use this poor courier!

Yodel said they had attempted delivery ' although the time stated I was out the front cleaning windows, No delivery was attempted within the time frame stated, and was home all day
