Says parcel delivered through my letter box. Well I was in all day and no parcel was delivered then or since. Still waiting a week later. Will never order again if it’s gonna be a yodel delivery!!

Someone stole my package because they couldn’t bring it home

They damaged my plants through rough handling and didn't follow "safe place" instructions

I was happy with my delivery even came a day early

Absolutely rubbish. They aren’t trying to better their service. I dread my packages being delivered by Yodel

Very very poor delivery service

I still have no package and it says delivered how with no way to contact anyone to figure it out

Tried to track parcel I’d sent, tracking number recognised. Paid for signed for service - parcels were just left at the front door, not signed for by recipient. Such poor service from Yodel!

Tried to track my parcel, which I had paid for 2 day delivery. The tracker stuck on ‘we’ve got it’ for 3 days even though the parcel did arrive on time! A bit pointless tbh

I received my package. I was tracking my package all the time and everything was ok

I’ve tried to track my parcel with the tracking number received but it says it’s wrong and they don’t recognise this omg I’ve never used yodel and never will again has to be worst currier service out there

receipt states tracking number , put that number in and got told there no such parcel with that said number , seems to me yodel must be connect to evri

Hopeless , lack of info, estimated delivery date has passed by 3 days,, and kept giving same date.!! Still no delivery’

No delivery after 8 days and no estimate of delivery time. Must be the worst performer.
