Absolute rubbish company with completely thick drivers. Left my property 20 doors away with a complete stranger, no photographic evidence to prove it was delivered, the house owner says nothing has been delivered there and I have no proof it was. Absolutely ridiculous situation to be left in by Yodel. Utter rubbish service.

I was due to receive my parcel between 5th to the 7th May. Yodel tracker says it is sitting at the Basildon depot yet there is no confirmation of when I will receive it. Surely it can't take this long when other providers deliver promptly.

There's a post box but my parcel has been dumped 'in a smoking area'. No photographic evidence and I can't find my parcel . RUBBISH !!!

The tracking number I have is not recognised by yodal JD0002243940797328. DONT know if I will receive my order from Veltro as they don't answer my emails and can get an answer from yodal

My order information was kept up to date and arrived within the time slot and Joshua delivered my parcel with ‘a smile’ Well done Yodel

If I catch the yodel driver who didn't knock on my door to deliver my package I'm going to ring his neck. This company is atrocious and needs to be shut down

Saw delivery driver reverse onto drive way and drive straight off. Received an email minutes later saying sorry we missed you! Driver don’t even get out of the van, absolute rubbish company.

Not happy with the service. Two days in a row they have taken my parcel back to the post office and left a note saying I wasn’t home. Even though I was in the house the second day and they didn’t knock.

Delivery still not made. Two days in a row saying they missed me. I was either at home or had a BIG NOTE on my front door telling them where to put the delivery. Totally unacceptable service. I needed this delivery by today.
