2 days I am still waiting. Didn't receive my order

Got incorrect delivery details, no delivery came .got message saying you couldn't deliver and card was left. This was a lie.

Pls drop parcel at my doorstep

Misleading business should closedown by Government.yodel one of them careless company. Very disappointed.

Absolutely crappie service. No one to contact about my parcel. Just get an email saying they cannot findmy address, b u t they leave no contact details for follow up.

According to Yodel tracking my parcel from Leek in Staffordshire arrived at my nearest depot in Preston in Lancashire and was out for delivery today. I put my tracking number into the system only to find that if I am to believe what it says it has been taken to the Wrexham depot and is now out for delivery back to my address in Lancashire. What sort of tracking system is this. It must have passed within about two miles from my property and was taken about 80 miles away to be put on a delivery van in Wales to be brought back again. Is it me missing something or is it a game of avoid delivery on the date and time advertised and sending it as far away as imaginable only to bring it back again sometime in the future!!!

What a waste of time this company is. Card left on doorstep saying they'd tried to deliver 3 times, I'd only received one card saying the above, so that's a lie. Phoned the number on the card, not a person but automated, it sent a link that didn't work. So no chance of getting this parcel containing something I needed quickly. I will now make sure that anything i buy, does not use yodel to deliver goods. This has got to be the worst of all the delivery companies.

I don't think this company could get any worse. Argos Said parcel was delivered on Monday ? not to me it wasn't. Probably to someone else. Absolute Disgrace .. i wouldn't have given the one star either

Promised delivery yesterday 12th March by 8.00 pm. Still waiting. Terrible service. Would give zero stars if could. If Yodel is used again will never ever order from a supplier that uses them.

Useless at updating their tracking how can my item be dispatched on Thursday and still be in Borehamwood on Saturday this is a joke never again will make sure yodel does not deliver an item to me again

This delivery company is a total disgrace whenever I buy anything off eBay I cringe, hoping it’s not this company as no tracking information not up-to-date. You waiting and waiting no one comes total. Total joke
