Why are Yodel so slow to deliver other companies deliver in 2/3 days max Yodel is sometimes a week shame

Don't use them

I wish companies would use different couriers,,yodel is a joke,never ever has my parcel arrived on time,Always a problem.

Not impressed with this service

My order has been at my local depot for 2 days according to the tracking info. I would suggest asking which courier the company you're dealing with uses. If they use these jokers, buy elsewhere. Only through boycotting this terrible company will force them to do better.

Says my parcel is derived but it’s not delivered at all

Says parcel delivered, handed to resident which is lie! I came back home and nothing here!

Parcel not delivered and not possible on your websire to find out where parcel is. No communication, no email or otherwise. No service !

Was able to track my parcel. Said it was to arrive today(12/12) and it's promptly arrived on time

Not yet delivered, so far service has been worse than useless. We have made a serious complaint to Argos.

Had parcel for 5 days still waiting. When I see a parcel that is going to be delivered by Yodel I think omg no not them. Not a good company at all.

Parcel over a week l8 and live chat says there on to it but have not heard anything back will not recommend yodal to anyone waste of time

Rubbish can't even live track

Shame you can't give less than one star for this company. 'there was an issue with your delivery....' 'delivery attempted...'. NO, and NO! The issue is either with your admin, or the drivers. The delivery was not attempted, as I was in all day.....
