Had parcel for 5 days still waiting. When I see a parcel that is going to be delivered by Yodel I think omg no not them. Not a good company at all.

Disgusting service still got my parcel I bought this beginning of Nov

Parcel over a week l8 and live chat says there on to it but have not heard anything back will not recommend yodal to anyone waste of time

Rubbish can't even live track

Shame you can't give less than one star for this company. 'there was an issue with your delivery....' 'delivery attempted...'. NO, and NO! The issue is either with your admin, or the drivers. The delivery was not attempted, as I was in all day.....

Well, I think it's very annoying and incorrect statements that's given to customers. They're 3 days past the original ETA and still no sign of the parcel when it was supposedly loaded on a delivery van on it's way to me the day before the revised date. So where the devil did it go????? It's disgraceful how a parcel can disappear

This company is absolute suite say they have been when they haven't `ring doorbell fantastic for this ' they were suppose to deliver my medication on the 23rd still waiting tossers x

Lost the delivery I sent to the buyer

EBay package went 'missing' on way to buyer, only explanation given was that it was 'lost'. Still furious about it. Don't ever use these clowns if you have the option to use another courier
