My parcel has been with yodel since the 7 November and I'm still waiting for delivery (16.11.19). I have contacted Yodel on 3 occasions but no no avail. When I've traced the parcel, on a daily basis the delivery date is moved each day. No one is helpful and I am continously promised someone will call me back within 24 hours. Surprisingly this never materialise. I hope I never have to use them again because I have no confidence my parcel will reach me or any of the team will care to help!

I have purchased this item, a month ago and still have not received anything. I am very unhappy with this and it is the Worst delivery service that I have experienced.

Absolute rubbish. Won't accept my tracking number, won't accept my post code, can't get through to customer services and webchat not loading. Can't even find out where the local depot is without tracking. How am I supposed to get my parcel ???? Very unhappy!

Total rubbish tracking! The parcel seems to be stuck at the depot when it should be at the click and collect shop.

I have received a receipt with no information, my name on it only and say missed your parcel without any reference number. This is first time happening to me with this company!!!????
