This company is uncooperative you dont get to speak to a person you get cut off they also lie to you and their customer service is appauling I will never use this company it's bad enough having a parcel sent from a company and trying to recieve it! As for a score no chance they dont deserve a minus let alone zero!!!!!!! And couldn't submit review without putting at least 1 star what a joke!!!!

Worst company I’ve had to deal with!!!

Absolutely shocking customer service couldn't use me preferred safe place as it was not an option and couldnt add a note to say i would like it left somewhere 2 days off work wages lost waiting on a parcel that is small enough to get through my letterbox that wasnt delivered so not happy at all

You wait for a parcel that will never arrive...I wonder why sellers continue to use them....end of day you receive a message saying *sorry we missed you* when they never tried to deliver

Driver allegedly left my item outside my door, it was not there when I came home and Yodel taking no responsibility for this

This parcel has been waiting for pick up from the hayes centre since 18th november and in transit since 26th where the hell is it ?

Still waiting for a parcel that should arrived Friday 29th. Very disappointed because wanted my grandchild to wear it on Sunday to see Santa , also they live up north so ate only down this weekend

Very poor service. Trying to avoid. All the time missing my parcels or delivering to wrong addresses.

Cannot understand why companies use Yodel? Yodel has lost 3 of my parcels in 12 months. I am happy to pay more and select another delivery company. The website tracking is pure fiction and suspect an AI algorithm is generating the information. I now avoid online retailers that use yodel.

Bit of a joke web site. Says out with courier then says it's delayed. Try to contact no answer and they don't ring back. When rang company which I bought item from they say that website says it will re try to deliver but it never tried to deliver in first place. I would have give this no stars if I could.
