Yodel review by Clare Hodkinson

My parcel has been with yodel since the 7 November and I'm still waiting for delivery (16.11.19). I have contacted Yodel on 3 occasions but no no avail. When I've traced the parcel, on a daily basis the delivery date is moved each day. No one is helpful and I am continously promised someone will call me back within 24 hours. Surprisingly this never materialise. I hope I never have to use them again because I have no confidence my parcel will reach me or any of the team will care to help!

  • I am absolutely sick and tired of Yodel delivery drivers leaving parcels on my doorstep and stating delivery. This is not acceptable and is absolutely disgraceful. I live on a main road, and the so called delivery is nowhere to be found on my return. Absolute waste of time company!!!!!!

  • Parcel says it was ment to arrive on the 19th - 21st it is now the 27th and I’ve had no updated and no idea where my package is. I am absolutely FUMING!!!!!!
