I had bad experience with this company. I tracked my parcel and was saying that I received the parcel, but I didn’t receive anything. I very upset about this company...

The worst courier ever. They are not able deliver my parcel and liars.

Would have put 0 stars if I could. 2 years in a row parcels have been stolen and claimed to have been delivered. Absolute sham of a company and I dont understand how it's still running.

I will never use a company that uses Yodel to deliver items. Twice I have suppose to have had items delivered and both times the goods have disappeared. Horrible useless company.

Very bad experience with this company. Don't recommend at all. Waiting for my parcel with one week delay time. Keep telling me customer not available, however no one tried to Actually deliver.. My parcel was given by mistake to a different driver and he has sent it back to depot. Still no further information. Asking me to rearrange the delivery time but this option is not available on their websites. Very much disappointed

Parcel not arrived tried tracking page I'm susposed to have received and signed for it over a week ago Tried phoning Yodel customer service held on for 40 minutes to be constantly told to try webchat guess what webchat not connecting how can I get in touch with these people. How on earth do they keep business shoddy company should be closed down

Delivered fine but two days later than the “arrive by” date despite being dispatched on time from the producer!!

Worse delivery company ever. If you package does not disappear, it is so late, it may as well have disappeared. Drivers are rude and lazy. Customer services are not much better, when they decided to pick up the phone, they sound bored, are unhelpful,and, very dismissive of your enquiry. Especially their London site at Vauxhall.

Very poor service, the parcel has been lost, damaged. No confirmation at all. They don't care about to inform their customers.

Goods not delivered due to the driver damages.

No delivery. Customer service non existant. Why do sellers use Yodsel? Should be Nodel(ivery)

After 5 days no update to status and no parcel
