Very bad experience with this company. Don't recommend at all. Waiting for my parcel with one week delay time. Keep telling me customer not available, however no one tried to Actually deliver.. My parcel was given by mistake to a different driver and he has sent it back to depot. Still no further information. Asking me to rearrange the delivery time but this option is not available on their websites. Very much disappointed

This is an absolutely awful service, non existing customer service, package stuck in their depo, no communication, no update. Stay away.

I am absolutely sick and tired of Yodel delivery drivers leaving parcels on my doorstep and stating delivery. This is not acceptable and is absolutely disgraceful. I live on a main road, and the so called delivery is nowhere to be found on my return. Absolute waste of time company!!!!!!

Parcel says it was ment to arrive on the 19th - 21st it is now the 27th and I’ve had no updated and no idea where my package is. I am absolutely FUMING!!!!!!
