Parcel should have arrived on Tuesday, 17th December 2019 but still not arrived yet on Thursday 19th December. I have waited in 2 full days so far & I still have not received my delivery! Been told by Amazon, delivery is now expected any day up to 20th December! Looks like another full day waiting in again today. Item is large & cannot be left in a safe place & neighbours all work!! FUMING!!!!

I purchased something from groupon. Saying delivered through my letterbox when it wasn't. My ring doorbell has nothing and I was in all day. I would also like to know how one parcel with 2 alarm clocks in can fit through my letter box.

Absolute rubbish , left items on door step of busy street , and surprise surprise items were gone by the time I returned home from work 8 hours later!

Useless, waited in all day and didn’t turn up. Then was told after chasing it for 3 hours they changed the delivery day without telling me! I still don’t know when it’s coming!!

Worse service I've ever had to deal with in my life.

Absolutely useless, uses every excuse Inthe world to not deliver if late in the day or if not "sure" of an address. Would give 0 stars if I could, use anybody else if you can..!!!

Package rammed through a letterbox and as it didn’t fit just left it half hanging out of letterbox and another box thrown over gate with no card to advise.. really poor

I received a parcel I had ordered of ebay, and the driver had chucked it over the back garden fence and it was raining, in a puddle of water, it was only a tablet cover but still not the point horrendous.

Have never dealt with more disrespectful people in my life,at this point I don’t even know why people choose to deliver with them...

Just not enough information about times of delivery or anything

Absolute joke tracking numbers says my parcel will be with them 10 days before yet no delivery

Useless tries to deliver at night time after 21:00 hours no female is gone open the door that late
