Shame you can't give less than one star for this company. 'there was an issue with your delivery....' 'delivery attempted...'. NO, and NO! The issue is either with your admin, or the drivers. The delivery was not attempted, as I was in all day.....

  • Absolute rubbish company with completely thick drivers. Left my property 20 doors away with a complete stranger, no photographic evidence to prove it was delivered, the house owner says nothing has been delivered there and I have no proof it was. Absolutely ridiculous situation to be left in by Yodel. Utter rubbish service.

  • I was due to receive my parcel between 5th to the 7th May. Yodel tracker says it is sitting at the Basildon depot yet there is no confirmation of when I will receive it. Surely it can't take this long when other providers deliver promptly.

  • There's a post box but my parcel has been dumped 'in a smoking area'. No photographic evidence and I can't find my parcel . RUBBISH !!!
