When you order something and then find out the shipper is Yodel you know it is going to be a disaster. The current shipping for my order shows it in the depot. 2 days ago they tried to deliver to our business at night. Today there were 2 cards through the door, both pointless as they contained no useful information. An email shows that the order was delivered at 15:50. It wasn't. It was left with another business at 16:50. We close at 16:30. A notice on our account told us that we should perhaps list our opening times. WE DO. Perhaps Yodel should look at the opening times before trying to deliver out of hours. This is a typical Yodel delivery. There are three possibilities. 1. They make mistakes (a lot of mistakes). 2. They just can't tell the truth. 3. They are morons. I think it is all three.

My order has been delivered somewhere completely different! And they still haven’t resolved this! Front garden of delivery and my delivery address are completely different in lay out! I’m disgusted! Shocking delivery service! And customer services! If I could give 0 stars I would!!

Two days in the trot said they had tried to collect and no one was in which was complete rubbish especially the second time as I left the parcel by the front door. Totally useless service and will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN
