Appalling service. My husband waited at work for 3 hours in the evening watching the tracker. With 15 minutes to go the delivery driver decided to say he could not deliver the parcel and we now have to drive for an hour tomorrow to pick up my son's Christmas present on Christmas eve. We have paid for delivery and now havr to pay petrol to retrieve the parcel, despite being at the delivery address all day. Disgusting treatment. We will never use Yodel again.

This is an absolutely awful service, non existing customer service, package stuck in their depo, no communication, no update. Stay away.

I am absolutely sick and tired of Yodel delivery drivers leaving parcels on my doorstep and stating delivery. This is not acceptable and is absolutely disgraceful. I live on a main road, and the so called delivery is nowhere to be found on my return. Absolute waste of time company!!!!!!

Parcel says it was ment to arrive on the 19th - 21st it is now the 27th and I’ve had no updated and no idea where my package is. I am absolutely FUMING!!!!!!
