Yodel apparently tried to deliver my 2 parcels while I was at work. The put on the attempted delivery cards that my parcels were behind my recycling tubs in full view of my front street.On card it states this is "my safe place" I did not ask for them to be left there. I came home from work to find no parcels. Cannot get through to customer services to find out where my parcels are. Dreadful service.

My order has been delivered somewhere completely different! And they still haven’t resolved this! Front garden of delivery and my delivery address are completely different in lay out! I’m disgusted! Shocking delivery service! And customer services! If I could give 0 stars I would!!

Two days in the trot said they had tried to collect and no one was in which was complete rubbish especially the second time as I left the parcel by the front door. Totally useless service and will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN
