Recieved an email on 11 March with tracking number, telling me my parcel is on it's way. On 11th (still) the Yodel system said my parcel will be with them soon. It's now late on 18 March and the tracking system still says the same! I want to say a big thank you to Yodel, for making Hermes look great!

My order has been delivered somewhere completely different! And they still haven’t resolved this! Front garden of delivery and my delivery address are completely different in lay out! I’m disgusted! Shocking delivery service! And customer services! If I could give 0 stars I would!!

Two days in the trot said they had tried to collect and no one was in which was complete rubbish especially the second time as I left the parcel by the front door. Totally useless service and will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN
