I payed £8.00to send a letter post office promised next day delivery still not arrived and they sent me a photo of a bosch drill in a parcel . Do not use this service

I sent a letter by normal mail and it has not been received, I'm so fed up with royal mail as this is always happening. The price of a stamp now is so high it should definitely get delivered

Very bad service , paid for express delivery and till now I’ve not received my parcel.. I will never use this service again and I do not recommend

Sent documents yesterday with next day service and according to the tracker they have arrived this morning.

Posted envelope on Tuesday 14 /5/24 to arrive at the destination on 15/5/24 paid extra money for next day delivery but have not arrived rubbish service

Disgraceful. Have sent this letter twice and neither have been received. Absolute shambles.

3rd May posted parcel with tracking option from Armagh (NI) to Clonmel Co Tipperary 8th May Tracking at Customs said Parcel to be returned to me as Post Office filled Form incorrectly. No parcel returned to me to date

I posted a small package on 13/5/24. This was posted 24hr delivery. I have just tracked the package and the package is due to be delivered on 16/5/24. So much for paying for 24hr service. I will be using alternative couriers from now on. Absolutely disgraceful service.

Been waiting since last week 7th but by the 10th Sky had resend new parcel as previous one had been misplaced so now the parcel was meant to be here yesterday 13th but you sent me a email and text apologising saying it went to your Beckley heath depo but you was sending it out straight away to my address 29 The Limes Milton Keynes Mk2 2Jn. I have not received any update since this morning even though I have been trying to track it track number FJ221141565GB. Please could someone help me

Very poor services . They just delivered my letter to Canada instead of USA . They delivered to another country. They will not assist me to get my letter delivered to the right address.

Took to post office Thursday paid first class. As of today Saturday been my letter has been sitting somewhere in Ealing . Terrible service. Will not use it again, just hope my letter gets to it's destination.

Pathetic service from G73 area . Letters and large parcels being forced through letterbox damaging packaging and goods. They don’t give a toss. About time other companies started delivering letters as well.
