Aramex review by Simphiwe

My parcel had a full address which I use regularly on Takealot and ebay and other online shopping without a problem, but Aramex tracking update says "bad address"... Contacted Aramex Johannesburg, my phone call wasn't answered and I was holding for over 35 minutes...Later used their online help service and I was promised that their team will contact me, 29hours later still no call/contact from caramel and the status on the online track still says "bad address"

  • Support is non existent. Site always does not work. Aramax must stop scamming us with non delivery tricks. Fed up trying to contact them. Can't even track anymore

  • I sent a parcel to Johannesburg from Hammanskraal in Pretoria on the 13th April, when I try to track it I found out it was not recorded on your database I don't get why because it is a short distance and is now almost a month later!

  • My parcel have been in Sandton for 2 weeks. The international company sent this parcel within a week I made the order. Now it’s within the country but it’s taking years to arrive to its destination. What’s the hold up for?? Mxm! You have poor service delivery.

  • Take that box out at soshanguve crossing mall coz you hardly ever send a driver to do pick ups.am so pissed with your service.its day 3 today still my parcel is not picked up.you such a disgrace this is last time i use your service and i will never recommend it to anyone.if my parcel is not registered by the end of business today i will go and collect it,i will see how it reaches the distination.you have poor service
