Aramex review by Gladwin

I send parcel from George on the 19th October 2021 to grahamstown .My daughter phoned me 22 October 2021 to tell me that she did yet received her parcel.We then phoned the aramex call centre spoke to Theo who then repeatedly tells us about the 72 hours service and said no one was available at address to receive parcel. He then check on system and said cell no was incorrectly captured, and then repeat again about the 72 hour service. No where in this conversation he mention that they maid a mistake or apologized. This is poor poor client service,on top of this when asked for his supervisor contact info he dropped the call and hang up.i will report this bad service and will rate you a 0/zero for customer service. ? ?

  • I send a email to aramax ..i bought from pick and pay i put my parcel in the box ..06/05/2024 i cant even track it ...and my friend in Johannesburg still never received....its bad i will rather use courier guy or postnet ... I had once a parcel that got lost and was deliverd wrong adress still waiting on my refund ...

  • I regret myself for using aramex for my parcel ,the delivery date is estiminatedon 3/05/2024 but still i didnt get my parcel .I tried to visit on Richards Bay Aramex office and they said my parcel is out for delivery around 8 am but still i didnt get it.I tried calling the driver who was having my parcel he keep on promising me that he will deliver it on 7/05/2024 waited hoping to get but never recieved it,it a pity that i beg the driver and told him that i need the parcel for my graduation which is on the 9/05/2024 was hoping that he will try by all means to deliver for me.But he didnt.

  • I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, the service is very bad I think the company should just shut down because it's useless , my parcel has been in one area for days and they keep changing the delivery date I will definitely encourage people to not use aramex. Worst services are offered here I zero rate it
