Aramex - we deliver NOT This is the worst courier company I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with, they have a delivery service in partnership with Pick and Pay. They sold a bag, for R99 and gave me a waybill reference number, according to their website, it’s 3 easy steps: 1. buy a bag, 2. Complete the waybill details & 3. Drop your parcel into the red box. Now they use lockdown as an excuse, apparently the box and store that these 3 steps were done at isn’t part of their pick-up. Why then was I sold a bag? Shouldn’t there have been communication between Pick and Pay & Aramex. I then spoke to 2 consultants Valentina and Ryan - both these so called customer service consultants gave me 2 different answers to my query, it literally was like chalk and cheese. I understand that the country is on lockdown, but don’t offer a service if you know that you cannot provide it. Aramex, your company claims to provide exceptional customer service and delivery within 72 hours, that clearly is a lie. Your staff that are working don’t even know which stores have courier services available, I had to literally spell road names, mall names and tell them which stores have the courier service available, not to mention how they pronounce our country’s street names (shameful). I’m obviously still waiting feedback (24 hours later) - that was apparently escalated to the supervisor/manager. I don’t expect a response soon, it’s been 168 hours since my parcel has been placed into the red Aramex box - and still I wait in “darkness” Lockdown or not - don’t offer a service which has been paid for then suddenly say your company (Aramex) can’t provide it.

Misleading calculation from posting the parcel until it is delivered is not actually 3days. Their business days is 6 days because they do delivery on Saturdays and they are operating on Saturday just because they want us to perceive them as convenient and faster they end up lying unlike Courier guys two to three days is reality what makes them best is that they don’t operate on Saturdays. My case scenario is based on this parcel: 23000149576477134 Right now as of today 03 October 2025 I don’t know where the parcel is but when I track it, says delivered to where, when? no information since I had a query around the days as it was posted on the week of 23rd of September 2025. I wanted the shop to use Postnet because is faster convenient and reliable. Aramex in the opposite of the two couriers I have mentioned above. According to my case they don’t deserve even half of the star not even the full one but this force us on one.

I am using Aramex for a while now, but of late their service has become terrible. When there is a problem with a parcel they seem to lose their heads and do not know how to resolve the problem. Ishara Sepersad, Cynthia Teixeira, Mpahto motuang and others has been contacted MANY times regarding my parcels, but they just ignore the customer

I will never recommend Aramex with anyone, the service and standard have dropped drastically,It's so bad.I have been checking my parcel since Tuesday it is still not delivered why?I'm mean it's not going to another province it's going local.

I dropped my parcel on the 2 September 2025, and it's still here. Your service is pathetic and Ivwont recommend you to any person.
