Never a problem sending with Canada Post!

My package was suppose to be here yesterday I paid for express shipping from Ontario to manitoba 9 days I could of walk there and get it myself that is so unacceptable if there was a minus start that's what they would get bravo canada post to be so stupid and you should change your name to turtle post

Horrible service. MULTIPLE TIMES. Always delayed. It says "out for delivery", but never shows up. The last one due today was just posted as "unsuccessful delivery" whatever that means! We were at home all day!

Can't even knock at the door if your shy this is not a job for you

I didnt receive my package even though it said delivered. I cant get hold of anybody to look into this. So disappointed.

Parcels sent from West to East Coast are always delayed 3 days. Not enough staff to process on west coast

Never delivers packages to my door, sneaks up with a pickup slip only, then lies and states they rang my doorbell. I have both dogs and cameras they never even try. Most of the time if I see canada post is delivering I do not buy from that vendor I go with any other delivery company. What is the point of paying for things to be delivered as I am disabled then having to make call after call to them, they promising to "try again" when they never do. Canada Post is the worst company ever in Canada.

Package hasn't move from Richmond customs since the 23 April..waiting...and waiting

I posted my items in November 2022 ( from Hamilton Ca, to Bujumbura Burundi). They confirmed that the items should get at destination in 3 weeks. We are in May 7th, my items aren't arrived yet.

I tried to get help in regards to my order and I got no help at all the rating should a minus 000

I made an order March 24th and they said delivery by May 1st. Here it is May 7th and I still haven't received it ans I can't track it. I will never go through with an order of this is the carrier that will deliver it. Not happy!

Got notification order was to be received on Wednesday. Didn't come and said it would be on Thursday. Didn't come and said it would be here on Friday. Didn't come and now they say it's in Customs for clearance. Canada Post obviously don't know what's going on and just make stuff up. Use FedEx or something similar. It ma cost a little bit more but at least it gets delivered

Efficient and effective service at the Collier St. Post Office in Barrie. The staff are friendly and helpful.
