Canada Post reviews

I mailed a package from Toronto an April 27 today is May the 5 and the package has not being delivered yet. Talk about snail mail. Canada post socks!!!

This is the 2nd time this package has been sent (Amazon) When I put the tracking number in and it says April 12 and this is the May 5th. Go figure

Paid a fortune for overnight delivery over 8 days ago still no package . Sadly this screw up has made the receiver homeless with disabilities and pets . No vehicle to even sleep in so needless to say Canada post should rethink it’s business strategy or whatever it is called . I’m sick to my stomach . And thoroughly ashamed to say they are my countries mail service provider! Sickening

Waiting for delivery since April 18 said in route. Paid $16.96 for maximum 3 to 5 day delivery of an extremely important letter. Waiting for over a week, and still no reply from community mailbox which a key left for package and doesn't open the corroded box. Local post office keeps saying will advise delivery person and get back to us. Fourth day calling and still not got back. Said emergency so for us to understand. It medications needed ASAP, but can't even pick it up. Just told again they'll get back to us this afternoon, on a Friday!!! Can't wait until Monday.

Mailed on May 1 and it has got to Toronto. Really!!!!

A week sent out and STILL in Mississauga !!!!! WTF

I was not expecting the post to be of this standard in a developed country ... I come from an underdeveloped country, and the post there is much much cheaper and far far better ... very disappointed ... I hope there are other better options of sending parcels ...

My package never get delivered by Canada post. This happened to me 2nd time. I don’t know where Canada post is delivering my package. They never post picture to see where did they delivered. Service is discussing.

Still waiting for my Amazon package 3 weeks later!!!

Payed extra to have guaranteed delivery in 24 hrs and did not receive package. BS!

A few times they were not real fast but one time i wasn't home for my delivery it was eggs for my incubator.. i called the post office and they came 9 miles the same day and i received it on time thing is they handle a large volume at a good price so to all the people that had to wait a few days extra as well as myself it will arrive

Zero stars, the letter I set on Apr13 2023 to Belgrade and paid 22$ is still haven’t got to receiver on May03 2023. You should be ashamed of your business performance.

Ordered an Ortho pillow from China mid March and was given a tracking number by the company and got the progress every few days until it reached Canada on April 14. I was given a Canada Post tracking number and I try to track it regularly, but haven’t had an update from Canada Post since my parcel arrived in Canada….when I track it, it just says “In Transit”. It is now May 3. I have no idea where in Canada it is. I contacted Canada Post but did not get a reply. Very dissatisfied with their service!!!!!
