I ordered a $400.00 shipment from Quebec to Ontario. It was to take 3 business days. The parcel still wasn't here after 10 days. I watched for a Postal Outlet notice card...nothing ever came or was left at my house. I contacted the seller and Canada Post, only to find out the package WAS DELIVERED AFTER 3 DAYS...But NOT TO ME!! Somebody has it, but they don't know who? Some of the items in the package CAN NOT BE REPLACED!! "Sorry for the inconvenience" just doesn't fix it anymore...this is irresponsible and pathetic delivery service!@@

Never mail for express. They charge a lot of money and the package takes more time than regular mail. Very terrible service. I will never mail anything with express

This is the second package that is late. The first package was supposed to be here one week ago, and the second package 3 days ago. When the tracking number is applied it states "in transit". Will not use them going forward.

We send our mail to Philippines and paid express coz they said it only takes 2 weeks. It's already more than a month. Can I get a refund? WTF..

Paid a lot of money to have a package expedited to my daughter and granddaughter in the USA should have been there in 5 business days but was still at Canada post 4 business days later never even left the country until 8 business days! It had nothing to do with customs, it was Canada posts fault and I am asking for a refund! I will use UPS in the future!

Our people at the Osoyoos B.C. Post Office are the best. Friendly, knowledgeable. Never make you feel rushed. Every question answered....great custumer service. Every time sensitive parcel has always been delivered on time.

Paid a higher fee to deliver a package in 2 days to Toronto from Mississauga. Initially they agreed, after I received the tracking number, I can not track. I went to Canada Post and talked about, they said it’s not our responsibility because the driver who was delivering your mail didn’t scan your package so you have to find the driver and ask him why he didn’t scan your mail. It’s really bull Sheet.
