So Canada Post on Friday, April 28 enter my home without permission I’m not sure how this is legal or possible. I called the RCMP and finally they get back to me today and said that they would no longer be delivering to my house but they will be working on another route I don’t know how Canada Post can justify this when they’re bondable. Watch out people they will enter your home without your permission

I was impressed how fast Canada Post found my Xpresspost pkg & delivered it after being waylaid for 8 days. Mailed from Campbell River on April 27 & arrived at it's destination in Vancouver on May 9. Tracking was very easy & efficient & it was handled in a professional manner. Thank you.

Worst service by canada post

Brutal service: paid over $60 for a small letter to be delivery, within 2 business days from Barrie, Ontario mid Thursday May 4/23 to Bridgewater, Nova Scotia (~ 1hour past Halifax). Tracker showed it was close by on Sunday morning May 7/23 later that day it said next day delivery. Stayed home that day & even a 11pm said it was still going to come on Monday. Then the delivery date changed to end of day on Wednesday May 19/23. .... totally unacceptable! On Tuesday May 9/23, it is still shown in Toronto where to was on early Friday. I can't accept this amount of deception I will always go with the forthcoming & truthful courier service in my opinion = zero stars.

All parcels sent/received have been within timelines. Parcels never damaged. Interactions with drivers/staff are pleasant and professional. I am very supportive of Canada Post and their reps.

I registered a mail on April 12th to go to UK. The registered mail according to the tracking was still in Mississauga . I called call centre and spoke to supervisor on May 7th and according to him Canada post had problems on April 12th. II gave all the information and I was supposed to receive email by May 5th. I never received the email. To day I got a letter May 3rd asking all the details again. In the mean time my nephew missed a bank draft and the birthday card. Canada post has a tracking number as it keeps indicating it is on the way after almost a month. Now I have send them all the information again so they can investigate. It
