My last update is June 12 nothing since then even though my credit card has been put through

Worked there for years still no improvement.

I returned equipment to Cogeco by Canada Post on June 6th and have not been able to get a delivery confirmation as of June 25, 2024. The parcel seemed to be in limbo and there was no change in status when I entered the tracking no. online. I finally called Cogeco and they confirmed receipt of the equipment. Canada Post tracking system needs to be improved.

Really the last update is June 13th. It's only 4 province s over...is my parcel walking....

I am not impressed with this new website. It is definitely NOT user-friendly. Actually the rating system will not allow zero stars, which is what it deserves.

I ordered a package from Calgary to Ontario On Thursday, & my items been stuck on "Item Departed" for the last 3 days now & I did the some thing a week prior and I had already recieved it by Monday, for some odd reason it's been slow and no update this week But usually it is a lot faster

I have a parcel going to my country . They told me that they will received it after 11 days and now it’s been a month still not received that parcel.and there’s no changes with the update yet

On timely delivery. Good job but little bit expensive!

Item arrived on time as stipulated when sent out

I used to be able to track my parcels simply and easily. Now the tracking site is so loaded with useless advertising that it is hard to find my way through to detailed information as to where my parcel is and how much longer it is expected to take to arrive at its destination. I paid my small fortune for the big box and the medium box so I didn't expect to have to wade through endless ads just to find out where they are so that I can inform the folks who are waiting for them.

I have been using Canada Post Registered mail for legal purposes to establish who has received my correspondence. Canada Post gets No Stars! The web site has changed and I can no longer access the signature of the person receiving my correspondence.

I had a letter delivered from British Columbia to Quebec in two days… That is really impressive

Well here we are going on 4 months yes four months and I still haven't got my money back from those little Asian people across the ocean you guys like to sell stuff but you don't pay it back to you that's f****** awful f****** people like that there is just the worst f****** people to deal with oh there it goes on 150 bucks I hope you enjoy it

I had an international parcel that needed to be sent to overseas. It was told that could take up to 20 days to reach the destination. Now it's been three weeks already, but my parcel seems still in Ontario according to the tracking map showed, I don't know why...

Why did I pay for express post ,only to get regular post service? I sent a small package to Ottawa, which was supposed to be delivered on Friday , and it is still on transit to be delivered on Tuesday. Way to go, Canada Post! Take people's money, and run.
