This past year, Canada Post has been amazing with deliveries to southern ont (from far north). Two days!! I'm BLOWN away. Couldn't ask for better service.

Sent my passport out for renewal. Person at post office recommended that I send it out registered mail I agreed. Well the system has never showed that my passport was delivered to this day although I got my canceled passport back in mail. Makes you want to always use private couriots

Disappointed with a service.. expensive and not the fastest and with poor logistics.. parcel stuck at same post address and isn’t moving for the last week. They can’t deliver 30 km.. crazy

We posted special delivery with canda post as we sent off passport applications to Ottawa and it says business closed on tracking lookup. This left on the 18 of June 2024. Why does it say on hold. Passport office in Ottawa isn't closed?

We sent an express delivery and they told us it will receive within 9 business days but until now didn’t receive.

I can’t even track my package. It was expected to be delivered on June 21st and today is the 27th. I still haven't got my package.

Where is my package?You said delivered on June 23 .We didn’t get it .Today is June 27 already .We called to our postal office in Korea ,they said didn’t get any package.

I sent my parcel 1 MONTH ago, registered. The proper address was written on the package and I paid for signature. It was sitting in an office in Greece for 3 weeks. Horrible.

i ordered something for my granddaughter and i invited her here to open the package because it said it’ll be delivered today at a specific time and to no avail. the package says it’s at my house online but it’s not. mild disappointment and my granddaughter is sad.

I was told my item was supposed to arrive on June 25th between 8am-12pm and it hasn’t shown up

Don’t ask question, they want 2$ to connect you to one of 54 experts that can help you. Another money grab. Ever since Canada post purchased UPS. UPS IS NOW as slow as Canada post.

have a parcel going to my country . They told me that they will received it after 11 days and now it’s been a month still not received that parcel.and there’s no changes with the update yet
