my international parcel did not arrived in destination country 43 days passed still not received. They give me arrival time with in month (30) days.

Made an order on December 12 it said it would be here by the 26 then kept getting pushed back and were at January 7 and it says on its way.. it’s been sitting in Edmonton for 2 weeks like what is happening

I sent a package for my daughter in USA December 7th 2020, I paid $34.63 to ensure she gets it in 6 days. Today is Jan 7th 2021 and the package has not received. I checked the tracking still showing in transit. Oi would never again use Canada post

I order an item on December 30th 2020 which is only an hour away from me and as of today January 07/ 2021 it still hasn't arrived! It was shipped on the 30th thru Canada Post! When I submit the tracking # it only shows that it was shipped. No other information.

Sent a parcel from Hamilton On to Banff AB. On Dec 5th. As of Jan.7th still waiting for it to arrive in Banff. VERY disappointed in how long it is taking.

Of I could use an alternate source of mail I would. A waste of our taxpayers dollars. Hire local Canadian workers who know how to work and have a brain! Must be held accountable!

Unreliable at best. Lost several packages during Christmas season and even not in high season have lost several packages over the years.

Very poor tracking info. Would have gave 0 stars but is a very unfair rating system. Definitely does not deserve 1 star. Canada Post, what happened?
