I purchased some thing off of Facebook marketplace and without the tracking number, I would have been worried the entire time that I was being ripped off by some stranger, but having that tracking number has made all the difference and I will continue to do business and make purchases this way.

Tracking system does not provide useful info at all. Late delivery, disappointing service. Will not use again.

Very bad experience, no tracking. Canada to Oman 6 weeks

So my daughter sent me a package from Ontario. I have a snap shot of the delivery preference and it says to deliver to post office. On Jan 4 a postal worker dropped it off on my door step rang the door bell and left. Didn’t even try to wait to see if someone would answer. Not pleased with this at all. No wonder people’s parcels get stolen.

Slow not sure what happened to package

I sent 4 letters 3 weeks ago to the same address on the same day.... only 1 arrived On the same day I sent other letters to other addresses and none have arrived. Canada Post.... you are a useless organization!

To much delay for the price I paid to have it express. Even though it was the holidays.

Tracking info is garbage

I have sent two packages to Victoria one on December 11th and 1on 16th .The one sent on December 16th has arrived in Victoria December 28th The one sent on December 11th is still sitting in Edmonton. What's up with that???? I do understand that it is busy but did you forget you have them sitting in Edmonton warehouse!!!

Parcel sent nov 26 still not received on jan 4

paid good money to have my parcel delivered before Christmas only to find out it is sitting in Edmonton

I have not received 4 separate packages in the last month, the month previous I never received 2 more. Very unreliable

Package has been sitting in Quebec for the past month not moving very slow

Mailed 3 parcels to B C. On 23 Nov, only 1 delivefed so far, very disappointed.
