Paid express post on Dec18 was told would be there in 2-3 business days and now it’s Dec 29 and it still has not arrived. Why pay extra to have it there before Christmas, now hoping its there before New Years. Thanks Canada Post no Christmas gifts for kids

Not once has anything I've ever sent through Canada post ever been on time. This last time I thought I'd work around them so I sent it through fed ex to go 3 provinces over. On Dec 10. Instead because fed ex was so busy they took it to the province to be delivered and then passed it over to Canada post on Dec 17. To be deliver to the address. But instead of being delivered. They sat it on a shelf, where it is now Dec 29 and its still sitting there. My son who is stuck in BC because of covid can't get back home for Christmas so I sent his gifts to him so he'd have something to open on Christmas. BUT they won't deliver them. So my son who can't get home and is stuck didn't even have a Christmas. Thanks alot Canada Post. Im sure you all had Christmas though. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Slow, I have never had a package on time, plan for your package to be late by a week minimum. Their “tracking” doesn’t work you won’t have an accurate or even close to an accurate whereabouts

My package was accepted on Nov 30th in Woodstock On and arrived Vancouver 2 days before Christmas. Another one mailed Dec 11th is still in Ontario. A package sent with the 2nd package to Australia In the Pacific arrived in 2 weeks. So sad.

I am a very unsatisfied customer, I purchased this item online from Bestbuy in good fate. For my daughters Christmas present. On the 16th of December 2020. At the time I received an email to say the item will be delivered on the 22nd of December 2020. However it didn't turned up so checked the bestbuy tracking site the next day and it said its on its way for the 24th of December 2020. I called bestbuy customer services who where very unhelpful. I'm I surprised NO! And still today is the 28th of December 2020 and still no delivery attempt or any tracking information update for 2 weeks. I was told to call Canada Post and all they did was to raise 2 tickets for investigation. Still nothing and it has been over 2 weeks now still no delivery. I'm just going to contact the seller and cancel the order because this is ridiculous!!!!!!!

Slowest parcel delivery ever... I also saw a driver throwing packages in his truck at my local post office. I've had enough, I'll use another service from here on out.

A package I sent from lethbridge on the 15th, is still sitting in Calgary. It's the 28th.

Waiting for US delivery for five weeks. USPS awful but Canada Post has had the item for more than a week and it has not yet been delivered. If you want to order from the US for Christmas, order six months in advance and never buy from ebay.

terrible service everytime I use Canada post. never again. no apologies no emails nothing.

No stars for Canada Post Calgary- parcels bound for Rimbey Ab and Stony Plain, Ab are still sitting in Calgary.... They have been there for 12 days....

Cant believe it. Over a week delay because they went east instead of west by mistake. What a joke.

3 1/2 weeks for a parcel delivery from NS to Alb! Ridiculous!

Terrible!!!! Mailed a package on December 12th, it arrived promptly to the Stoney Creek depot on the 14th, where it has sat ever since. Still a long way from its Manitoba destination.I'll be looking at a courier from now on.

All good except for small parcels.
