Canada Post reviews

I got a tracking number from Canada Post and it tells me that the number does not exist.

Parcel was shipped Dec 16 th. When tracking it stops in Calgary Dec 17 th. This is the Dec 28 th n no more tracking information. What’s with that? Tracking tells you nothing.

Parcel mailed Dec,4/20, to Victoria, now in Vancouver..... Unreal!

No online updates. Parcel still listed in BC since dec 16th. Wasnt a very merry Christmas for my kids

I order from B.C. sept 15 2020 and now we are the 28th Dec still didn't receive the tracking number says it doesn't exist very unprofessional

For the amount I paid, the time to deliver is ridiculous, and it's STILL not delivered .

Terrible service-grumpy uninformative postal clerk. Parcels didn’t arrive in time and tracking doesn’t show any info beyond Dec 18th, so not helpful

I just tracked my package that was sent from Prince George B.C to Taylor B.C. I sent it priority post on the 12th of December. It say it's in Vancouver. At this point I would like to make a complaint. I send a card that coat $10. to send due to all mail never arriving. I have already made a complaint earlier on line. Why should I have to pay priority for a card or anything for that matter. I want an investigation into who on YOUR staff is stealing mail. This has been going on for years. So do something about it or I will go to whoever to report this. I have told the post office here and it's been reported at the Taylor post office, which they don't seem to care. Nobody has ever got back to me on this matter.

I had the same parcel sent to me twice that I sent to somebody else and they said there was no reason for it it was made out properly and now it can’t be found when they said it was sent back to me the second time I never even received it

Terribly slow, not updating tracking info and damaged packages. Gee thanks CP. I'd rate ZERO stars but the system is forcing me to choose one.

Item stuck in Edmonton for 10 days so far. The package is destined for Lloydminster, a 2.5 hour road trip. Guaranteed arrival date has been missed.

No update for my package even after 3 weeks

Pkg mailed Dec 14 from Salmon Arm area. Tracking says it went to Burnaby and now back in Salmon Arm Dec 27 and there it sits. 2 weeks and it's still not in Calgary! Again, shameful! 0 STARS

should have used a wagon train. mailed a package on DEC 7 going to Kaslo B.C. paid $17.68 its sitting in Edmonton, amazing only 20 days to get to Edmonton. these are the guys that periodically threaten us with a strike for more money. what ever happened to accountability with our public service.You want me to rate you so I can post my dissatisfaction, but you don't give the option of no stars.
