Not reliable, can’t even see where pkg is!

I have over five package. Not delivered. Plus I no that canada post is having trouble but I can't even find the tracking info .it just said not found plus on package was delivered to a hole different town

TERRIBLE SERVICE. They don't have printers? Tape? Like seriously??? Can't tape your package closed they use your label which is not super secure. But no worries they sell tape for 5 dollars in store. And I'm sorry how the eff does a post office not have the equipment to make a package complete and easy to send ? They are all so lazy too like don't seem to want to ever do anything. LASTLY one time they got someone else to sign for my package with different name and address and I called them asking where it was cause I didn't sign for it and it was delivered and their response was "Well we can't go back and get it thats against the law." So I asked "okay...so what would I do if the person who wrongfully took it doesn't return it?" And they said "tell the company you purchased it from to refund it" WTF the company didn't get someone else's signature and deliver my package wrong. You did... LUCKILY the person returned it to the post office.

Parcel not delivered because the address was apparently wrong. The address looked fine to me!

I wish I could give a 0 star rating. Just the worst postal service

Sent a package on December 14th from Saskatoon to Fernie, expedited it and as of today December 26 it still hasn’t arrived there. Will use fed ex or puralator or ups from now in

Horrible service...25 days to get a small package from Calgary to Regina ..crazy

We are rural route mail getting mail Monday,Wednesday and Friday. The mailman is the only one who sorts it and only in the morning before he leaves and only for that days route so if it comes in later we are out of luck until 2 days later and post office won’t allow us to go pick it up. Today we got 3 flyers and no more mail for a week.. very frustrating

Wanted to choose no stars but wouldn't let me Knowing it was a pandemic they could have been more prepared! Not only did covid ruin Christmas so did Canada post!

Why does it seem to surprise Canada Post that there are higher than average volumes at Christmas?

They lost my parcel and no one will tell me how to find it or reimburse me

My recent experience with Canada Post has been horrible. I sent a parcel from Kelowna to Grande Prairie on Dec, 8/20; it went to Calgary on Dec. 9/20. Today it is Dec. 23/20 and it is still sitting in Calgary according to my tracking and the person I called yesterday. I have no idea WHY this parcel hasn't moved for 14 days! I understand that Canada Post is busier than normal because of COVID-19 but this is incomprehensible. Not only can my daughter spend Christmas with us in Kelowna, she won't receive her gifts either from us unless a miracle happens yet this last day before Christmas. I am disappointed, angry and frustrated.
