Never received my parcels and very angry

Excellent job. Delivery was ahead of schedule.

Haven’t had any major issues with CPS. Don’t know why they have such a low rating.

I have ordered a island light like 3 months ago and still haven’t got it.. I have called they put in an investigation last month and still nothing I’m starting to get real pissed about this.. I have been tracking it, and it’s been in the same location since October.. I ordered it in September...

I am very, very disappointed with the service provided by Canada Post. I have expedited important and original documents to US on Nov 6th and on Nov 30th my enevelop has still not been delibevered due to an error on their end. I called them 2 weeks ago and I was devised that in 5 days someone will call me. I called them again after 7 days with the same answer: somebody will call me back for sure in 5 days. Unfortunately this are very important documents that were lost and they will probably not be recovered and I relied on their service.

Express shipping over a week still says it in its place of export

Don't understand why my parcel would go from Montreal to Thunder Bay and bactrack to Cornwall Ontario,Canada???

A small Xmas package bound for NY ends up on Milwaukee!??! 20 days after mailing! This is ridiculous.

Every time packages are delivering on time.

Very poor. On more than one occasion I’ve used tracking to watch my parcel go to someone else. No follow up or accountability for getting the situation resolved.

This organization is so incompetent they shouldn’t be in business. They lost or shipped to the wrong address so many times with absolutely no accountability or service follow up.

13 days later a guaranteed 5-days delivery parcel still hasn't been delivered & no tracking information is available past November 24th. What kind of service/tracking is this? It is neither!

The dates of tracking a parcel are days behind...making them inaccurate.

Have a parcel coming from montreal to millet alberta. Last recorded in calgary nov 29th and almost a whole week has gone by. Pretty bad when a package doesnt move from the sane spot in a week or more.
