Very inaccurate and unreliable please fix these issues

My parcel moved fm Canmore to Calgary and sits there for 13 days. Supposed to be in Milan Frustrating service for what you charge.

Workers were very helpful

Package sent Nov 27th from Georgetown to go to BC. Its still sitting in Mississauga as of Dec 3rd. Terrible service, was told 8-9 days for delivery, no chance!

Every time packages delivered on time.

I mailed two little parcel at the SAME time both expedient shipping, both tracking numbers on the same receipt. One arrived 5 days later. One still isn’t there. I would be ok if this only happened once but this is the 3rd time! They were birthday presents. It is so frustrating when the destination is only 3 and 1/2 hours away ! I want to use the postal system of our country but cmon Canada Post ! You have to do better!

I’ll pay extra not to use them

In a little over a year I have failed to receive numerous packages, I have received others mail, so I assume the gifts and jewelry and most recently a name tag which I desperately needed after losing my work one, its a nursing home so I need it, I didn't realize it was going through Canada post from Amazon, or I wouldn't have ordered. If there is no tracking, I'm lucky to get it. What an embarrassment to have to write companies to explain I didn't get what I paid for. Also I track my medications, if it rains, or is windy, it doesn't get delivered that day. I wish I could give it minus 5 stars. I'm working in a Hotspot for the virus and try to order what I can so I don't drag nursing home germs into stores, can't reorder something now because holiday mail means I will for sure not see my parcel.

I’ve always used a courier before and thought I would try Canada Post, I really liked the signing feature on pick up. Thank you and was delivered promptly.

Usually comes the day AFTER stated delivery day.

On Nov, 17th I posted a registered parcel from Saskatoon, SK to Wisconsin USA. At the time of post I was informed it will 7-10 days. Today when tracked the parcel it’s still in transit after more than 2 weeks. Canada Post. This uncertainty and delay in delivery is very painful. Please improve the service. Thanks & Regards

It takes to much time while speed post delivery

I mailed a parcel on on November 22, 2020 to go to bc and it still is not there
