Parcel that was supposed to take 9 days is now on day 13, 5 days now in one spot!

Worst postal service I've ever come across. They could learn a lot from the British Postal Service. Posted 1st class mainland, delivered before 9am next morning ! Guaranteed. Needs a complete overhaul over here !!

My order has been stuck in Ontario for three weeks. Why? I’m going to write to Amazon to stop using Canada Post as it is so unreliable.

I think they are the worst always late worse since covid and very unfriendly drivers

Ordered item on Amazon which was located in Calgary on Nov 14,2020 .. As per Canada Post tracking item is still sitting in Calgary for the last 15 days.. and destination is Saskatoon.. 6 hr distance and item is approx 4 lbs.. what is wrong with Canada Post.. delivery in timely fashion.. called 3 times and each response was mechanical delay.. What a joke purposely hindering shipments..

Prices keep escalating‼️ Over $42 to send a small package to Ireland. Didn't even weigh 1/2 kg. Absolutely ridiculous ‼️ Also over $16 to send a small toque to Toronto. Disgraceful. Please lower prices so we can all afford to send parcels‼️‼️

The worse chipping company I ever dealt with. Zero customer service.

Usually very satisfied with Canada Post but this time I was told my parcel arrive on Thursday then Friday then they supported leave a tempted delivery Monday told me to go pick it up Tuesday when Tuesday after 1 PM Came no parcel I guess I just keep trying and hope one day I can pick it up before Christmas thanks for the lousy service very disappointing

Over charge poor back up on what they charge for

I’ve gotten a few packages broken up from transit. Packages come late I’ve even had one gone missing.

Over two weeks my package had been in transit coming from from a city 1 hour away seems ridiculous.

I mailed a parcel express and it shows it has not even left Campbell River 5 hours later

Very poor. Would rate 0 but not an option
