Horrible delivery service, I had an item dispatched to my apt. Heard my ringer , went to the door to see no one. Went downstairs to the main door were I see a delivery guy in his truck, I wait for about 1 minute the guy comes back puts some items in the mail boxes and leaves. I open the door and ask if he’s buzzes the main door he says yes and says yeah but it’s to late without very acknowledging me standing halfway out the door. This is unacceptable, I will avoid any shipping from Canada post. This delivery was done in Brossard

Why can i not see where my package is?

I have the worst luck with Canada Post. I think I’ve finally learned to use different services after this. Unfortunately don’t have the choice with some companies that use them for deliveries. I have sent letters to Canada Post but never heard anything and yes I’m only 1 person so I know it makes no difference to such a large corporation. :(

Very quick shipping, considering the anticipated COVID-19 volumes. Much better then other carriers.

Paying additional fee charges seems pointless because when your parcel is handed of to Canada post it will sit there dormant for ages

Dropped a parcel off on Monday. Still showing Moncton airport on Sunday

I ordered something off of Amazon on October 31st. It is now November 22nd and my package is still in Vancouver and has apparently only moved a couple blocks

Canada Post is an absolute joke. How the hell does it take 6 days to get my package when it's only 17hrs away. Typical government service.

My Mother worked for Canada Post for over 25 years on the Executive Union. She passed Dec.94' but I'll always remember the way she was afforded a Real Measure of Respect, even from Mr. Daryl Tingley the then President of the C.P.U.

Paid for Xpresspost only to be delivered the same days as normal local delivery time. No point of paying extra to be delivered xpress.
