Simply don’t have a standard when it comes to delivery, been waiting over a week for a package that was out for delivery. But simply decided to not drop it off. Ridiculous way of running a buisness, especially one that thrives on the dependence of demand. You’d think they’d deliver on their standard is all. Would rather train a pigeon

Tracked my parcel and says it was received, but my friend never got it. Where do you leave the parcel when. it's at an apartment building?

(My carrier at least-) ALWAYS leaves my packages in the wrong place, always "reschedules delivery" always takes FOREVER. I get things from anywhere on earth faster (*with any other delivery service) than 1 town over with CP. ALWAYS a headache. Shouldnt have laid off all those carriers I guess.

Still being told my package is in transit and it was sent off on Oct. 4th. I need my documents. What can I do?

Have not received my express mail and it's been 5 business days and tracking says still in Fort McMurray.

I feel that some parcel delivery companies , are using Covid-19 as an excuse used as reasons for not delivering parcels that are showing OUT FOR DELIVERY when customers look up the status of their parcels using the Canada Post Parcel Tracking System online. Unfortunately, Canada Post is another parcel delivery company abusing the Covid-19 excuse. Yes, I did mention excuse because if my package is scanned as being out for delivery but yet when I look up the status of my package at the end of the day it shows “Not delivered due to Covid-19”. So since I know about the delivery protocols and such, I believe that whatever packages were scanned out for delivery but for whatever reason your team member wasn’t able to deliver that package, then the packages that were scanned “Out For Deliver” should be prioritized. Obviously, the procedures and protocols aren’t being enforced.

We did not get parcel as yet.

Now we’re in the future so before it was hard to know the parcel.

Sent a letter express after 5 days still no delivery.
