Excellent and reliable.

Very poor service. Mailed a package to NZ priority post 5weeks ago - not received and tracking updates not helpful - no to limited info . Paid over 25$ - great service- I should have used my donkey service

My was to take 7 days, almost a month now and still not delivered.

Always arrives on or before stated with packages in good condition on arrival. Safety protocols are followed.

I sent a flat rate parcel to Victoria, B.C on Oct 7, On my tracking Oct. 8, it showed the parcel was processed at Richmond and arrived back to Edmonton on Oct. 10. Today Oct.12, the tracking still showed processed to Edmonton. I did check the label and confirmed there is no mistake on the label. I had even talked to a representative from Canada Post who told me that he had flagged this parcel and had assigned a reference #137891009. It seems to me that this parcel is being processed twice back to Edmonton beside its originating . How frustrating!

I paid for express mail more than a week ago and its still telling me package is in transit more than a week later.

I never have trouble with Canada Post. I think people just like to complain.

1 month for a registered letter from Montreal (Sep 9th) to the UK (Oct 10th) and it still hasn't reached it's destination! No wonder Canada can't compete globally!

Placing an order from the US using Canada Post working alongside Landmark is just a disaster, delivery takes weeks and the "parcel tracking" is a total joke, once a week You can see how Your package managed to move a couple of hundred miles, if even that. The marriage between the two is an incredibly dysfunctional relationship imho. Canada Post on its own is a great deal better than the two together. Using FedEx or UPS alongside CP is whole new game, ordering a package from Puerto Rico to B.C. is much faster than ordering from the State of New York to B.C., how the hell is that possible, smh??

I just received my passport which was to be sent courier. It was left in my open mail box in a downtown neighborhood that is known for having mail stolen. It literally has a sticker saying DO NOT SAFE DROP and yet there it was not seen by me until Saturday morning.

Would have received a five instead of a four, if not for staffing at checkpoint. When sending package personnel very difficult to deal with. Was not knowledgable at all/not helpful in anyway. I had to step aside and Google what I want it and how to go about it. Rexall pharmacy 963 Henderson Highway, Winnipeg Manitoba Canada.

Item has arrived in Canada and will be presented for review. Once item from USA and one from China. Sitting in a Canada Post location for a long time. No new updates. 68 days in missauga for 1 parcel...and counting. I live in Toronto.

A modem was supposed to be delivered on the 8th, it was not delivered, we were given a tracking number but no guarantee of where its arriving, and we were told we would not be billed until november, so they had better not be any charges prior to that

Poor service, unnecessary delays, very expensive. It's better to use DHL or FedEx.
