I shipped a product away to Bell Canada March 18th and because i’m disabled with a service dog I was unfortunate able to bring it back myself so I asked my 78-year-old mother to go do it for me. She took a screenshot and was given a tracking number and the receipt as well but when I check the tracking number it on this site unfortunately nothing comes up and says it hasn’t been posted out yet. I’m wondering why I’m still getting late fees for Bell Canada but unfortunately I guess I found out today WHY It is so sad to see disabled people be treated this way and I will have to make an effort to walk over with my new service dog to the post office to check my receipt once again, now I am receiving late fees and overdue billing out of maximum of $358 because unfortunately canada post can’t find the tracking number that I was given

Dropped off a prepaid "parcel box" which promotes 3 day delivery. I have used these boxes recently although over priced, with great results. This time I dropped off the parcel before noon on the 30th of March. I understand that this was the Easter weekend but as of the 3rd of April according to the tracking app the parcel is still sitting in Edmonton. Seriously, for the cost it should be at least in the province sent to, which is Manitoba. I will seriously consider alternative shipping methods moving forward.

Canada post says it tried to deliver my parcel and left a card as to were I can pick it up. I have been home all day, no card stating they were here or were to pick up. I tracked it shows on highway 2 ( Kingston rd) I guess I will have to figure this out myself.

PLEASE NOTE: I WAS FORCED TO CHECK A STAR IN ORDER TO SUBMIT THIS REVIEW, even though negative stars were my choice. I believe the complete automation of this system has entirely destroyed any efficiency Canada Post ever had. The inability to connect with an actual human being and DISCUSS an issue - person to person, not "chat to chat", for resolution is beyond frustrating. (Seriously, even when you ask the chatbot to 'speak with a human' that human just runs on a script - not helpful). On top of dealing with automation, we have to pay ridiculous prices for the non-service!!! You want us to buy your boxes and weigh them ourselves to get a set price!!! Good Grief!! Why not put people back to work, restore some humanity, help the economy, create some actual communication with customers and restore a semblance of reliable service. If they can bring back brown paper bags at the grocery store, Canada Post should be able to bring back reliable service, don't you think???

I book for canda still one month passed our shipment is still in india .so many reminder to the post office they say it will be on the way in canada . But in tracking its shows in india. Our old complete no. Is 2003644935.
