You are becoming the worst courier on earth!! You give the option of Priority courier and we pay the extra fees to make sure that our parcel arrives in 2 days. You charge the money and we discover later that it was delivered on a Sunday to the mailbox while it is supposed to be delivered by hand because it was a courier and not regular mail. It took them 6 days to deliver within Canada. Shame on you!!!

Mailed to Victoria BC, delivered to Toronto. Lost.

I shipped the 3small boxes to South Africa ?? Cape Town the but the boxes are still in transit in Montreal its been a month and a half in transit on Montreal what the heck?

I have never in 60 yrs had a problem with Canada Post. They have always been helpful and freely.

Very expensive to include a tracking number and the updates are very poor. On Friday my parcel was in Mississauga, on Monday it was in Mississauga and now Saturday the parcel is in transit, who knows where. There have been times when a parcel has been mailed and there is no information at all until two or three weeks later after it has been delivered. But I guess the exorbitant fee helps to stop theft.

My package was supposed to come last week and has been in a city that’s like four bourse away all week and I needed it today but I don’t have it so what the heck

I paid $81.83 for a registered , tracked and delivery confirmation of a small package overseas on May 19th and it’s been over a week and the package is still sitting in Richmond, B.C.!!!

Parcell from Brampton to toronto is still in transit a week later?

I leave one ? because I can't give less, is horrible the customer service, I sent 5 paquetes to cuba and I pay for faster delivery, the told 6 to 10 days, and is one month already and my family didn't get the boxes yet

I live in Chelmsford Ontario and I was expecting the delivery of my book3 pro and it got delivered to someone in Brooklin on figure that one out

I booked a registered packet containing important documents on Friday at 9.15 a.m. at shopper drug mart post office highway 10 near Mayfield drive Brampton and lady who booked this parcel confirmed that it will be delivered on Tuesday 23rd May. On tracker packet still not delivered in Toronto and showing in transit at Mississauga. Waiting it's delivery anxiously. RN714380515 CA. Booked on 19th May for delivey to Ministry of Health 8n Toronto.
