I pay the extra fee to have my parcel extradited with a corporate card.. tell me 3 days . Now I track it and it’s going to be a week . That’s too late . I call and get the run around , ask if I can pick it up and deliver it quicker myself, no I can’t . I’m fuming ???Don’t tell me to pay extra and give me a date of 3 days , and now it’s 7 days ??

Why provide a tracking number when they never update them Canada post where you get your package maybe last 2 packages were lost or stolen should be able to give zero stars

I mailed a parcel from Peterboro on Sunday. Paid for next day delivery. 3 days. No wonder I usually use FedEx!!

Don't like getting “the run around”. Just tell me the location of my package.

Always on time never have a problem using them.

Package was late , contacted shipper informed Package was delayed for 2 days after can post picked it up , reason unknown , another packed ordered at the same time was shipped with FedEx received it a week ago

My parcel has been setting in Stephenville, NL since May 26th and it is May 31st what's with that, only 2hr drive away. Most times the parcel sits in Diepe for a week or more doesn't make sense to me.

Worst thing ever their things take a long to deliver and all stuff mine took almost a month to deliver a stuff and always be like expected delivery today but never got

My package was sent 17 days ago..from Toronto to Vancouver via xpress ? post...had bo updates since the 16th its now the 30th..until today..it took 17 days to go from Toronto to mississauga.. XXPRESS POST...AND I still don't have my package!!!!

I ordered my package last week and it was picked up a few days later and it still hasn't arrived and it wasn't even that far away from my current location

Why don't you stick to delivering mail. You where good at that. You're not a very good courier.

Terrible company poor service

I am so disappointed. Canada Post used to do an excellent job delivering my packages. Even live plants only took three days. Now my live plants that were shipped from 4 hours away from my lication on Tuesday, May 23 went the opposite direction and ended up in Ottawa. Day 8 of them being in a box and as far as I know they are in transit back to Toronto. Even if they arrive end of the week they are probably all going to be dead. If they don't show up by June 2, a supervisor at Canada Post will contact me regarding next steps. Unacceptable. Another shipper in the future. This is just not worth it and the shipping rates are expensive. Losing faith in one more government agency.
