Definately think postal special packages aren't as fast as they used to be. Pay lots to get there fast but don't get the service.

The chief officer of 661 Upper James St.comes to work very bitter, what abysmal customer service! he only needs to hit the customers. It is the complete opposite of the kindness and consideration that I know from Canadians. It's time to retire her! makes Canada Post look very bad! what a rude lady!

I ordered a air pump for my tires off Amazon and I had it delivered to the closest post office and Canada Post wouldn't give it to me even though I had ID the lady was crazy and strata gave me a $600 fine for having a flat tire in the undetground parking I could of fixed it in time but I'm on a fixed income it's not like I can just buy another one. Who should pay the fine Amazon or Canada Post?

Most people disrespect postal employees and they have no right to do so unless they've "walked a mile in their shoes".

No good service the lady told me two week your parcel is sent to receiver still parcel not reach I check parcel in tracking no this I pay money 98$ because parcel going as per time but not reach
