Have relied on Canada Post for over 4 decades, since long before the internet existed. Canada Post has never let me down.

You guys are the worst. I had many bad experiences. You deliver mails regularly to my mailbox, but when it comes to mails from the US you suddenly act as though you dont know this address at all. You send back one of my shipments and again recently. Just deliver it the same way as other mails. So annoying. I dont know why do you do this. And there isnt even an option to pick it up! I called and enquired and it seems you couldnt verify my address.. wtf! You deliver mails regularly to my address in my name. You are the worst!

I am trying to track my package that seems impossible and on line chat is asking for my credit card number that is unbelievable. I need contact number to put my complaint

My parcel was not received but tracking says delivered?

Paid $55.25 for priority guaranteed delivery from Ontario to Orlando Florida and 3 days later the package has not arrived at the destination as yet. As per postal clerk the parcel would only take 2 business days. What a joke to say the least ?

Had a parcel shipped on Friday Prority post to PEI for arrival on Tuesday. There is no sign of it & it cost $ 92.35. Am very disappointed.

The worst service in the world. A waste of tax payers money. The most expensive on earth. What else? Get delivery from China faster than Canada Post delivery from Mississauga to Hamilton.

Package went missing between Edmonton and a 45 minute drive to Calmar. Funny it made it all the way from Ontario to Edmonton and then they lost it… between the warehouse and delivery truck…lol. Yeah the investigators probably didn’t even investigate…lol

Sent a package to my son in Alberta from Ontario in February . The package made it to Edmonton, Just checked tracking number and it says it has been processed in Edmonton but not delivered to the town where my son lives. 30 to 45 minutes outside of Edmonton. Doesn’t Canada Post have cameras through out their warehouses? So whoever took the package should be known to Canada Post…..No?

Employees of Canada Post deserve our utmost respect. They've worked through inclement weather, disaster, a pandemic, etc. Their job isn't an easy one and it's one that keeps the rest of us going. Those who complain have no right to do so until they've "walked a mile in their shoes", as it were. Thank you Canada Post.

Great Service ! Left Cornwall, Ontario on Mon. May 29, 2023 at 10:30am & received in Houston, Texas on Sat. June 3 at 7:18pm for $28.47. Received 5 updates along the way . Very Pleased with the Canada Post Service. Thanks !

Over a month to get from Calgary to Onoway and I don't have it yet

XpressPost sent 24 May 2023 from Ontario to Michigan. Costly to send but told much faster than regular mail. 5 June 2023 and still in transit. Location unknown. WHY? Crummy service and a rip off!!!!!
