I'm writing Canada post one point rate because they refused to deliver the mail Add a location here in Cornwall Handicap people cannot turn around and go and get their mail when the mail is supposed to be delivered at the location they're not delivering just because there's a fence up up in front of the building now that fence is taken down and they still refused to deliver the mail which that shouldn't be I think I might form a complaint with the MPP office about this matter until they straighten up their actions Canada post It could have made better arrangements to drop the mail off on the 2nd building at 4 At 14:50 2nd street West where they couldn't went there and picked up their mail To the manager's office which the manager knows who the people are on both buildings let's so therefore I hope they get their act together and start delivering the mail at the right Is location That's why I only rated them one star

Placed an order and it was shipper through Canada Post in March I have yet to receive it still tracking says it's been in Edmonton since May sixth I'm in Ontario shouldn't take this long

Impressive service. Was sceptical initially but delivery was quite fast and update , though not real-time, was reliable and steady.

I ordered a parcel from the US on May 3rd. Hit Canada May 14th...say cleared Customs and processed in Toronto on May 16th. Here we are May 25th and still in transit as per tracking. I live 3 hours from Toronto. Like really... what the heck. It should have been here the next day...but this is just one more example on how Canada Post hasn't got their heads on straight. GRRRRR

Idiots returned my package to sender instead of taking it to the nearest post office. A block away. Went from Alberta to London Ontario now it's going back again. To come back to me. It's an hour away from London in a different city. And they won't send it back to London. F u Canada post

poor delivery service - i get other people’s packages but never get my own. So sick of the lost packages and mail !

This is not a bad review circumstances with wild fires have caused delay in receiving parcels to some areas I am not sure how long to wait for person to receive pkg or should I have it brought back to me??

They sent my parcel to the wrong address and won’t fix the issues they caused I’m out Tim’s Of Money bc the person who shipped it out right address and Canada post gave it to the wrong house and person and wrong province,
