Fraud...they are running a scam...fake website

Very Very Poor service.... Firstly hire a some decent costomer care number ... They are asking for money to update ... The address... As per them the sender has update a wrong address to update that receiver is supposed to pay money.. and the amount changes after every call. Please check the no. +917074912468 +918927822950 If you want to unhold the courier pay amount..that to only with Debit or Credit Card . No UPI... Looking at the scams which are going on nowadays... It looks very fishy... Please look into the process... If the customer service guys are own guys ... Or check if there is any fraud going on with your Name ... Enjoy the Day !!

Trust me, it is the worst courier service. The delivery guy rescheduled my parcel on his own without contacting me and on contacting the company, they are asking me to pay for the penalty amount. Never opt for DTDC services. I would have given a minus rating.

They charge 380 rs for 600 gm packet from Mumbai to Lucknow. While others charging 112 Rs.

Dead slow while comparing with other couriers. Pathetic
