Very very poor. Cannot recommend to any body or use in future. My parcel way bill no Z42814961 booked on 16 th sept from Delhi to Ghaziabad and till not delivered. After enquiry from customer care, who informed to be delivered by 21 sept means 6 days for 30 km distance. PADDEL AADMI kO SIX Hrs. LEGTE HAI. what a service of this courier taking 6 days. If any senior of this company reading, please take up with concern team about services. I am now carrying very poor very poor very poor service. It is in negative rating.

it is ahll rubbish.tracking do not work.

Very bad service when I track my courier showing delivered by 9 September today date is 17 September till not receive any courier I am trying to connect with the customer care number that person receiving my call and saying I will transfer your call to my senior and he doing cut the phone all time same very bad service

DTDC has such a poor rating why should it do further business. We should stand against such poor service provider
