Very late service

My parcel has not delivered but there was showing that your parcel has delivered

I suugest all the people who are doing courier through DTDC never send any items through this courier. Their staff is not well mannered . From my side your rating must be -10.

I asked about my parcel on phone no. +91 70033 52273 at 18:00hrs which was provided by you .He replied that the parcel is on hold and can not be delivered. I asked the reason of holding the parcel then he started abusing me on call. Is this the way of behaving with the customer. What action are you going to take against him. Kindly reply.

Worst service ever

I had the most unpleasant experience with a dtdc delivery guy today. He refused to make my delivery unless I made an online payment and that too when I was giving him and exact change, tip included. He was rude, obnoxious and not fit for human contact. What's more after telling me off he actually told me to go complain to whoever I wanted to. Complete scumbag...

What show are you doing? The parcel was sent on 14th September 2024 and got delivered in Ludhiana on 09th September. What nonsense is this?

Parcel not yet delivered. But when I track, it shows delivered in Ludhiana when it is supposed to be delivered in chennai. Very very poor service.
