The parcel was coming from Punjab to gujrat but why the tracking I'd is showing London to Ludhiana very bad service

On tracking information, parcel I sent on 19th September from Goa to Mumbai is delivered to Ludhiana on 9th September.

We booked item on 28-8-2024 . Item delivered on 20-9-2024 .I think this is very late

It supposed to be delivered by 20th. Corrier booked on 17th and it’s showing delivered on 9th Sep. on Ludhiyana. But had to be delivered in Gurgaon. My parcel is missing. Really bad service

The delivery is to Bangalore why is it showing some other address laudiana please direct it

Parcel sent on 16/09/2024 from Gollapudi to kankipadu was not reached even by 20/09/2024 and the reply by the Courier people was rude and irresponsible.

Y is everyone receiving the same location Ludhiana..its not tracking...

They always make excuses to deliver pakage always said pickup from our location, and provide late package

Worst experience ever My order is out for delivery since 7 days and I am yet to receive my order DTDC customer service doesn’t even listen to the complaints of consumer to the end they just say what they have to say and cut the phone .What kind of customer service is this .My order was out for delivery and they didn’t even contact me to inform that order is out for delivery .In the last 10 days they have noted my address for nth time and still I have not received my order .I hope that none of my future orders are assigned to dtdc.

Why is it showing delivered at Ludhiana on 9th September when it was only booked on18th Sept?

courrier address was calicut but when tracked it shows courrier deliverd to ludhiyana how is it possible

According to your website my parcel was booked on 17th September but how did it get delivered on 9th September, how is this possible...?

Tracking not working properly

Incorrect status... Booked for pathankot and not yet delivered but staus is showing delivered at Ludhiana

While tracking, I got message that the parcel I send on 11/9/24 to Bangalore, Karnataka have been delivered to Ludhiana on 9/9/24. Hope someone from DTDC will look into such issues and ensure that parcels are delivered correctly on time.
